The client cancels the service before significant work has commenced.

The service was delivered with substantial errors or omissions that cannot be resolved.


Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after the service has commenced.

Delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

Customized services already delivered or partially completed.


Requesting a Refund:

Requests should include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.


Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
